For this reason we are only able to accept referrals and requests for information directly from Local Authorities. Unfortunately, our services are not available for individuals wishing to commission a support package privately.

Our referral process is designed to ensure the needs of the individual can be met within the parameters of the package being commissioned by Pinewood Residential Care, and as such it is essential that the full chronology of risk is shared with us at the initial point of contact.
